Our anti discrimination policy
Everyone who rides or drives with Trips deserves to be treated with respect.
Our commitment
Providers and chauffeurs may not decline, cancel or treat riders differently because of race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or age.
Service animals
Riders with service animals must be accommodated. Providers can not charge extra for a service animal.
What happens when the policy is broken
We investigate every report. Breaches can lead to removal from Trips for chauffeurs and providers, and for riders who discriminate against chauffeurs.
