Every company on Trips is reviewed before its vehicles can be booked.

• Business registration and operating licences checked
• Commercial insurance on file and kept current
• Chauffeurs licensed and background checked by the provider
• Ratings and reviews from real, completed trips only

Know who is coming

Your provider assigns a chauffeur before pickup. Their name, photo, vehicle and plate appear in your trip and arrive by message. Check the plate before you get in.

Share your trip

Open your trip and tap Share trip. Anyone with the link can follow the car and arrival time without an account. The link stops working after the trip ends.

If something feels wrong

In an emergency, call local emergency services first. Then report it to Trips from the Report a concern page. Safety reports go to the front of the queue, day and night.
