The agreement between you and Trips when you book or provide rides on the platform.

Using Trips
Trips is a marketplace that connects riders with independent chauffeur companies. Providers are responsible for their vehicles, chauffeurs and the ride itself.
Bookings and payment
When you book, you agree to pay the total shown at checkout. Trips collects the payment, holds it until the ride is complete and then pays the provider, less the Trips commission.
Cancellations
Each vehicle has a cancellation policy shown before you book. Refunds follow that policy, except where the provider or Trips cancels, which is always refunded in full.
Conduct
Riders and chauffeurs agree to treat each other with respect. Damage, smoking in vehicles and abusive behaviour may lead to charges or account removal.
