Search, pick a vehicle and confirm in a few steps. Booking takes a couple of minutes. You see the full price before you pay, and you can message your provider as soon as you book.

Book without an account

Book as a guest with just your name, email and phone. You do not need an account to book. Choose Continue as guest at checkout and we send everything to your email.

Request a quote

For long trips, large groups and special events the provider sends you a price. Some trips need a custom price. When a vehicle shows Request a quote, send your trip details and the provider replies with a price you can accept and pay.

Payment methods accepted

Accepted Answer

Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Trips accepts the ways most people like to pay. Card details go straight to Stripe or PayPal and are never stored on Trips.

Question 5

When you pay for your ride

You pay when you book. Some rides show as pending first. The total at checkout is what you pay, including taxes and gratuity.

Change the date, time or pickup of a trip

Ask your provider from the trip page. Your provider makes changes to confirmed trips. Any change to the price is confirmed with you first.

Cancel your trip

See your refund before you confirm. If your plans change you can cancel from your trip. We show exactly what you get back before you confirm.

List your fleet on Trips

Sign up, get verified and publish your first vehicle. Trips works with licensed chauffeur companies and owner operators. Listing is free and you only pay commission on completed trips.

Type, details, photos and price. Each listing walks you through the vehicle type, details, photos and pricing.

Set your prices

Hourly rates, transfer rates and the price matrix. Riders see an all inclusive price. Hourly trips use your hourly rate and minimum. Transfers are priced from the route distance and drive time.

Respond to a quote request

Reply from Messages or your email. Quote requests arrive in Messages with the vehicle photo and full trip details, and by email so you can act fast.

Question 12

How payouts work

Accepted Answer

You are paid after each completed trip, minus commission. Riders pay Trips when they book. After the trip is complete, Trips deducts its commission and pays the rest to your payout account in the next payout run.
