• Trip details such as pickup, destination, time and passengers
• Messages with providers and Trips support
• Device and sign in information that protects your account

Payments

Card and PayPal details are handled by Stripe and PayPal. Trips never sees or stores your full card number.

Who we share with

Your provider sees what they need to complete your ride: passenger names, contact details, pickup and trip notes. We never sell your personal information.

Your choices

Manage cookies from Your Privacy Choices in the footer. Change what others see, download your data or delete your account from Account settings under Privacy.

How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is open. After you delete it, we keep only what the law requires for tax, fraud prevention and safety records.
