What happens when plans change, a flight is late or a ride does not go as planned.
Flight tracking
Add your flight number to an airport pickup and your provider follows it. Delays move your pickup at no extra cost.
No show by the provider
If your chauffeur does not arrive and you cannot reach the provider, contact Trips. You get a full refund and help finding another ride.
Vehicle swaps
If a provider has to change the vehicle, it must be the same class or better. You can cancel for a full refund if the change does not work for you.
Price you can trust
The total you see at checkout is what you pay. Extra time, stops or waiting are only added with your agreement in the trip chat.
