Cancel your trip

If your plans change you can cancel from your trip. We show exactly what you get back before you confirm.

Cancel a trip

  1. Open Trips from the menu
  2. Choose the trip
  3. Tap Cancel trip
  4. Choose a reason and confirm

If you booked as a guest

Find the trip with Track a booking, then cancel from there.
